The output formats of Q.One.Live are based on industry standards such as PDF/X3, EPS, XML andHTML. This way all orders can easily and fully automatically be transferred to the respective systems of the subsequent logistics in production or transport. For example PDF files ready for print to a print shop, HTML documents to a web server, or SAP orders to the internal system or via SOAP to the linked carrier respectively.
The problem-free connecting of service providers through standardized interfaces allows - regardless of the IT structures used - for a smooth and error-free integration and provides meaningful tracking of the production and delivery process.
Always up-to-date
Through interfaces Q.One.Live receives feedback data from the connected partners, for example tracking IDs, return information, payment statistics, etc. and makes them available to you in cumulated and graphically edited form.
Furthermore the system contains differentiated controlling instruments, for example in form of user analyses, reports per month, quarter , half year and year as well as order histories and stock controls. Alternatively commodity flow and stock quantities can also be transferred on a regular basis to company operated systems.
