With Q.One.Live you can break any project down into several steps and assign these to different users. As soon as one user has finished their individual operation the system alerts the user of the following instance. Within the procedure results of third parties can be submitted for control purposes or for ordering budget release. External service providers such as editors and translators can also easily be integrated. Q.One.Live logs all job steps and allows to restore any step through integrated versioning.
Fixed budget limits
Through the allocation of budget limitsyou can precisely define the extent of orders. If the budget is exceeded follow-up orders are either blocked (until released by a third party) or redirected to alternative channels of payment.
